How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your size and colour and click Add to Cart. When you're ready head to checkout and follow the prompts. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and Afterpay.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Afterpay — so you can buy now and pay later in 4 interest-free instalments.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of being placed before they are dispatched. Please email support@sculptwear.com.au immediately with your order number. Once dispatched orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never store your card details.

How do I know what size to order?

Check our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. We recommend measuring your waist, hips and bust and comparing to our size chart. If you're between sizes we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

What sizes do you stock?

We stock sizes XS through to 6XL across most of our range. Size availability varies by product — please check the product page for available sizes.

The shapewear feels tight — is that normal?

Yes! Shapewear is designed to provide compression so it will feel snug when you first put it on. However it should never feel painful or restrict breathing. If it feels uncomfortably tight you may need to size up.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery to Australia takes approximately 10–12 business days from dispatch. Please allow an additional 2–5 working days for order processing before dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping to Australia is approximately $13–$16 AUD per order. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $85 AUD.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your parcel via the carrier's website.

Can I return my order if it doesn't fit?

Due to our dropshipping model we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. We strongly recommend using our Size Guide before ordering. If you need help choosing a size contact us before purchasing at support@sculptwear.com.au

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email support@sculptwear.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for all faulty or damaged items.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

How do I use a discount code?

At checkout enter your discount code in the discount code field and click Apply. The discount will be automatically deducted from your order total.

What discount codes are available?

New customers can use code SCULPT15 for 15% off their first order. Returning customers receive code SCULPT20 for 20% off with their thank you card.
