1. Overview

At Sculpt, we want you to love your purchase. This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as our fulfilment model as a dropshipping store affects the return and exchange process.

 

2. Important — Dropshipping Policy

Sculpt operates as a dropshipping store. This means your order is shipped directly from our supplier to your door. As a result:

        Dropshipping orders cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind

        We are unable to accept returns due to sizing issues — please use our Size Guide carefully before ordering

        All sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described

 

We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us at support@sculptwear.com.au and we will be happy to help.

 

3. When You ARE Entitled to a Remedy

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

        Arrives with a major manufacturing defect

        Is significantly different from the description or images on our website

        Arrives damaged due to shipping

        Is not fit for its intended purpose

 

In these cases, we will offer you one of the following remedies:

        A full refund to your original payment method

        A replacement item sent at no cost to you

        Store credit

 

4. How to Report a Faulty or Damaged Item

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

1.     Email support@sculptwear.com.au with the subject line: "Faulty Item — Order #[your order number]"

2.     Include clear photos of the fault or damage

3.     Include your order number and full name

4.     We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution

 

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be accepted.

 

5. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note:

        Original shipping fees are non-refundable

        Refunds may take 3–5 additional business days to appear on your bank statement

        If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, contact us at support@sculptwear.com.au

 

6. Sizing & Fit Issues

As we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues due to our dropshipping model, we recommend:

        Consulting our detailed Size Guide before ordering

        Contacting us at support@sculptwear.com.au before purchasing if you are unsure of your size

        Checking product descriptions for fabric stretch and compression level

 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Our Size Guide has been carefully designed to minimise sizing issues.

 

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, before they are dispatched to our fulfilment partner. To request a cancellation, email support@sculptwear.com.au immediately with your order number.

 

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

 

8. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
