Shipping Policy

1. Overview

Sculpt ships to customers across Australia and selected international destinations. All orders are fulfilled by our trusted dropshipping supplier partners and dispatched directly to your door. This policy outlines processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates.

 

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

        Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

        You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase

        A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

3. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping

        Cost: FREE on orders over $75 AUD | $7.95 AUD on orders under $75

        Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

        Carrier: Australia Post / Sendle

 

Express Shipping

        Cost: $14.95 AUD

        Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

        Carrier: Australia Post Express

 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and public holidays.

 

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following regions:

        New Zealand: 7–14 business days | $12.95 AUD

        United States & Canada: 10–20 business days | $19.95 AUD

        United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days | $19.95 AUD

        Asia Pacific: 7–15 business days | $14.95 AUD

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are beyond our control.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel via the carrier's website.

 

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@sculptwear.com.au.

 

6. Delivery Issues

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel has not moved for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Sculpt is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@sculptwear.com.au — we can only amend addresses before dispatch.

 

Missed Delivery

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a card or deliver to your nearest post office. Please follow the instructions on the card.

 

7. Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for Australian orders totalling $75 AUD or more (after any discounts). This offer applies to standard shipping only and does not apply to international orders.
